The Application Process

Register

Call or stop by the office during school hours to register.

Enrollment Form

After you register, you will receive an Enrollment Form via mail or through the office.  Complete the form and return it to the office along with the Registration Fee.

Acceptance Notification

After receiving the enrollment form and registration fee, the office will contact you within 1-2 weeks.

Gather Necessary Documents

Once you have been notified of your child’s acceptance at BCS, provide the documents (scroll down) to the office.

Permission Forms

As guardian, you will need to sign several permission forms for each student attending BCS.

Payment of Tuition/Fees

The first month Tuition, Book Fee, and the Activity Fee must be paid in full before your child attends school.

BCS History

Ballard Christian School was established in 1977 to provide an affordable Christian education.

School Hours

BCS operates on a “4-day” schedule.  Monday-Thursday.  8:25 am – 4:10 pm

Education Services

Ballard Christian School provides education for K4 & K5, elementary, middle school, and high school.

Athletic Department

Ballard Christian School provides organized team sports in basketball and volleyball (WVCEA/WVCAT).

Required Documents

Whether your child is K4/K5 or a transfer student, we want registering at Ballard Christian School to be a simple and efficient process.  To achieve this, below is a list of documents required after registering.

You will need:

  • A Copy of Immunization Records and Birth Certificate
  • Students entering the 7th or 12th grade must have the TDAP and MCV4 (Meningococcal-Meningitis) Vaccinations. The office must receive a copy of proof of this immunization. (If the student received a MCV4 before their 16th birthday, they must have another one before they can attend any classes)
  • Students entering K4, K5, 2nd grade, and 7th grade must have had a dental examination within the past year before the first day of school. Proof of this dental examination must be brought to the school.
  • Transfer students must submit the Transcript Release Form (given by the office).
